Why has Neopost taken the decision to stop supporting SM22/26 machines?
These models have not been manufactured for many years and therefore the lack of availability of spare parts means that Neopost is unable to fulfil future contractual obligations. Since these machines were first produced technology has progressed from ageing analogue connections to digital and Internet connection types. You can take full advantage of these new types of connection by upgrading your machine.
I still require a franking machine, what are my options?

What will happen to the money left in my Credifon account?
You can request a refund of any funds left in your Credifon account by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting the bank details that you would like this paid back into, the amount and your Credifon account number. Any funds remaining on the machine will be returned to you by the Royal Mail once the machine has been collected.
