The training courses that Neopost provide can be categorised into four main groups; Sales Skills such as Competitive Intelligence and Consultative Selling, Management Skills such as Leadership, Coaching and Performance Management, People Skills such as Influencing with Assertiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Delegation and Team Leading & Building and IT skills (including Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Siebel training).
