How do I get a copy of my invoice?

You can view, download and pay invoices by logging into your MyNeopost account. Once you have logged in, just select 'View My Invoices' in the 'My Account' section near the top of the page. 

How can I check if I have any outstanding invoices?

You can check the status of all your invoices by logging into your MyNeopost account. Once you've signed in, go to 'View my invoices' in the 'My Account' section near the top of the page.

My invoice isn’t showing on MyNeopost

If you can’t find the invoice or statement you are looking for on the MyNeopost ‘View My invoices’ page, please check that you are logged into the correct account. Some customers prefer to have a separate billing account, e.g for head office, that all invoices are sent to. If you are still having trouble click here for assistance.
