How do I let you know that I have changed address?

If you have changed address or company name or you are planning to, please let us know as soon as possible. This is quick and easy to do from your MyNeopost account, just log in here, or you can register if you haven’t already done so. When you have logged in, hover on ‘Manage My Details’ and click on ‘Postal address’. Once you submit this we'll update our records within 5 days and send you an email to confirm.

Why do I need to tell you when I move?

It’s very important to let us know you have moved. Not only does it make sure that you continue to receive important communication from Neopost, it allows us to update your Royal Mail franking licence as per your conditions with Royal Mail. You can find out more about this here.

What is a postmark?

A postmark shows the area that your machine is located in. You can only post your items from this area and it must be updated when you change address. If you have a Mailmark machine this information is contained in the bar code.

How do I arrange for my machine to be moved?

If you have a desktop franking machine, this can be moved without assistance from Neopost. If you have a larger system with different components (or a machine with an i-weigh attached), an engineer can be booked to help transport and reassemble the machine for a small cost.
