There are many ways you can top up your machine, the easiest way to manage your postage payments is by direct debit. To download a direct debit mandate please click here. If you would like more information about direct debits you can watch our video here. To make an emergency credit or debit card payment please log into your MyNeopost account, go to ‘My account’ and then select `Manage my postage and top up’ or use this link: Please note, we are not able to accept card payments over the telephone with a member of the team due to PCI compliance as all of our calls are recorded.

For BACS or CHAPS payments:
In an effort to make it even easier to do business with Neopost, we have consolidated our bank accounts so that our customers can pay using one set of details and we will allocate the payments for you. Our other bank accounts will remain active so you can continue to pay into those if you prefer.
