Neopost improves customer experience
An organisation can never rest on its laurels when it comes to customer service. It needs to keep pushing itself in order to keep customers satisfied, giving them a reason to come back. Neopost is no different.
While the results of our recent customer satisfaction survey revealed that we’re well and truly headed in the right direction, there is always room for us to improve.
As such, we often ask our customers to evaluate their overall experience, taking into account various factors including the service received and our products.
To show our appreciation for participants in the survey every six months we conduct a Free Prize Draw with the winner receiving an iPad.
