What is neoFunds?

A neoFunds account allows you to print postage now and pay later, giving you greater flexibility and control in managing your business and mailing operations. We set up your account with a pre approved credit limit, you can then start using your franking machine straight away. How do I check my account balance?

How can I update my bank details?

Delays may occur with your direct debit if we are not notified immediately about any bank details or company name changes.

Who do I need to inform if my address has changed?

If you have moved premises or changed your company name you will need to update us straight away. You can do this by filling in this form.

How can I find my postage account number?

Your postage account number (also called reference number) is located on any Credifon or NeoFunds statement from Neopost, click here to see an example of where to find it.
