What is neoFunds?

A neoFunds account allows you to print postage now and pay later, giving you better choice and control when managing your business and mailing operations. We set up your account with a pre approved credit limit, you can then start using your franking machine straight away. How do I check my account balance?

You can check your account balance online by logging into your MyQuadient account and selecting 'Manage my postage and top up' from the 'My Account' section. 

How is the interest rate calculated?

How can I get a copy of my statement?

Need a copy statement? You can view and download any statement – including neoFunds – online at www.myquadient.co.uk.

I need to change my credit limit, how do I do this?

How can I update my bank details?

Delays may occur with your direct debit if we are not notified immediately about any bank details or company name changes.

Who do I need to inform if my address has changed?

If you have changed address or company name or you are planning to, please let us know as soon as possible. This is quick and easy to do from your MyQuadient account, just log in here, or you can register if you haven’t already done so. When you have logged in, hover on ‘Manage My Details’ and click on ‘Postal address’. This is where you can inform us of any changes.

Does VAT apply to postage?

There is no VAT to pay on postage payments made to Quadient, however some Royal Mail services do have VAT applied. You will receive a VAT invoice from Royal Mail if you use any of these services.

I made a card payment for postage, where can I find the receipt?

You can access receipts for any card payments made for postage in our online portal MyQuadient. Once you have logged in, please select 'Manage my postage and top up' from the 'My Account' section. Your receipt will be in the card payment section of the administration box on the right hand side.

How do I set up an email alert for low balance

In your MyQuadient account you can set up an email alert for a low Credifon balance, click here to log in. Just select 'Manage my postage and top up' from the 'My Account' section of the dashboard, and then select 'Email alerts' from the administration box on the right hand side.

How do I recredit my franking machine?

What is the minimum amount of credit I can load onto my franking machine?

There is no minimum amount when you make a payment into your Credifon account but the funds will then need to be downloaded onto your franking machine.

If your machine is one of the following models, the minimum recrediting amount is £10: IJ25, IS-200 series (IS-240, IS-280), Autostamp.

For all other machine models the minimum recrediting amount is £50. You can then increase this in increments of 10, for example £60, £70, etc.

How long does it take for a card payment to be available in my postage account?

If you make a card payment for your postage online this should show on your account within 10 minutes. You will then need to load the credit onto your franking machine.

How do I change the email to which our neoFunds Statement is being sent?

To change the email address your statements are being sent to please email credifon@neopost.co.uk with your account number and the new email address.
