The Neopost Burster Machines known as the B5-B150 have now been in the market place for more than 10 years. The age of the machines and the decline in availability of spare parts prevent us from meeting our future contractual obligations and therefore Neopost Ltd has taken the decision to stop the technical support of this model from midnight on the 11th of September 2017.

A member of the sales team will be in contact with you shortly to discuss what happens next and the options that are available to you. In the meantime, please find the FAQ’s below relating to this matter:

End of Service- Neopost Burster Machines

What happens if I don’t need my machine anymore, will Neopost collect it?

If you no longer use your machine and would like us to collect and dispose of it we can arrange this. Please complete the web form found here, we will then be in contact to book the machine collection.

I have an existing service agreement for my machine which extends beyond the 11th of September 2017, what will happen to this?

We will apply a pro-rata refund for any unused contract period. We will contact you shortly to discuss this further. If you have any queries regarding this please email service.contracts@neopost.co.uk supplying your account number or serial number.

What will happen if my machine breaks down after the 11th of September 2017?

If you have a breakdown, our telephone support team will not be able to offer advice and we will not be able to send an engineer.

Why has Neopost taken the decision to stop supporting these machines?

These models have not been manufactured for many years and therefore the lack of availability of spare parts means that Neopost is unable to fulfil future contractual obligations.
