The Neopost model listed on your letter has now been in the marketplace for more than 10 years. Due to the age of the machine and the declining availability of spare parts, we are unable to guarantee our normal standard of service so we have made the decision to withdraw service as of midnight on 26th April 2017.

Please find the FAQ’s below relating to this matter:

What happens if I don’t need my machine anymore, will Neopost collect it?

If you no longer use your machine and would like us to collect and dispose of it we can arrange this. Please email into supplying the serial number of the machine, we will then be in contact to book the machine collection.

I have an existing service agreement for my machine which extends beyond the 26th of April 2017, what will happen to this?

We will apply a pro-rata refund for any unused contract period. We will contact you shortly to discuss this further. If you have any queries regarding this please email supplying your account number or serial number.

What will happen if my machine breaks down after the 26th of April 2017?

If you have a breakdown, our telephone support team will not be able to offer advice and we will not be able to send an engineer.

I still require a machine, what are my options?

If you would like to speak to someone regarding a new machine, please call us on 0845 880 0007*.

Why has Neopost taken the decision to stop supporting these machines?

These models have not been manufactured for many years and therefore the lack of availability of spare parts means that Neopost is unable to fulfil future contractual obligations.
