What is MyNeopost?
MyNeopost is an easy-to-use online portal to view and manage your Neopost equipment and services. At a glance, you can see your machines, access your statements and invoices, make payments securely for postage and invoices. In addition, you can manage the online applications that will simplify the way you deal with postage from managing your postal spend with NeoStats to customising your envelopes with NeoSlogan.
But this is just the start. Once logged in to our secure portal you can also:
- Search the Knowledgebase to answer all your Neopost related questions
- Access machine PINs to administer them securely
- Log support request tickets quickly to minimise downtime
- Manage your account and tell us about address changes to always be up to date
