How its like to work here

After having my daughter in 2001 I decided it was time to return to work.

I started at Neopost in October 2004 covering for a part time 6 months maternity position in the contact centre and I am still with Neopost today.

I initially trained on the help desk, helping our customers with their machines and any other general inquiries.

In 2005 my team leader moved to another department and I was lucky enough to be offered his position...so I started as a full time team leader with a team of 7 people ensuring that we were providing the best possible customer service to all our customers.

After 3 ½ years working within the contact centre and gaining lots of knowledge about the general running of the company I decided that I would like to use this knowledge in another part of the business. In July 2008 I applied for a position in the Managing Directors office (MDO) as a customer adviser and I was successful.

I have made some fantastic working relationships and gained lots of experience in my time at Neopost and am looking forward to a long career within this organisation.
