How do I get the credit from our old machine?

If you have credit left on your old machine, this will be refunded to you by Royal Mail after neopost have collected and withdrawn your equipment. You don't need to do anything, we will arrange this for you. If you have upgraded to a new Neopost machine or you have already spoken to us about cancelling your contract, a member of the Withdrawals team will be in contact within two weeks to arrange a collection of your equipment. If you would like to tell us sooner than this that your equipment is ready for collection, please fill in this form.

Where can I find my documents?

To access your documents within MyNeopost simply log into your online portal. Once you are logged in please select 'View My Invoices' within the 'My Account' section near the top of the page.

How can I set up a direct debit?

Service and Finance leasing invoices can be paid by direct debit, in order to set up a direct debit you will need to fill out a direct debit mandate. To download the mandate please click here.

How can I pay an invoice?

There are many ways you can make a payment. To pay by credit or debit card just log into your MyNeopost account and click on ‘View my Invoices’ in the ‘My Account’ section near the top of the page, then select the invoices you wish to pay.
To pay by BACS or CHAPS please use the following details and ensure that you quote your invoice number.

How can I check if I have any outstanding invoices?

You can check the status of all your invoices by logging into your MyNeopost account. Once you've signed in, go to 'View my invoices' in the 'My Account' section near the top of the page.

 

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

Need a copy of your invoice? You can view, download and pay invoices by logging into your MyNeopost account. Once you have logged in, just select 'View My Invoices' in the 'My Account' section near the top of the page.
