The journey of the Sales Academy begins with an intensive 10 day sales training programme which is a first class introduction to the product range, leasing and a structured approach to selling in the postal industry. It covers every aspect of selling and offers the delegate multiple opportunities to practice, and importantly, helps our sales force develop empathy with our customers and understand what is important to them. This training is the start of a structured 18 month selling programme where workshops include selling to competitive users; account management and consultative selling skills are then enhanced by a range of sophisticated programmes focusing on the psychology of selling. Further programmes are available for those wishing to progress into Sales Management or, indeed, other areas of the company.
