Framework Agreements
Neopost are the only manufacturer from our industry to have served local authority purchasing consortia, central government and the whole of the wider public sector on successive framework agreements for 15 consecutive years, so no-one understands better how to help public sector partners.
WHAT IS A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT?
A framework agreement sets out the terms (particularly relating to price, quality and quantity) under which individual contracts or call-offs can be made throughout the period of the agreement (normally a maximum of 4 years). Framework agreements are commonly set up to cover things like office supplies, IT equipment, consultancy services, repair and maintenance services etc.
PRO5 and NEOPOST
After a competitive tendering process via OJEU procurement procedures, Neopost was selected as one of the approved suppliers for the national framework agreement for the whole of the wider public sector. Pro5 consists of the five largest local authority professional buying organisations in the UK.

NEOPOST and the National Franking Machine Agreement (NFMA)
The NFMA is the result of a collaborative approach between Advanced Procurement for Universities & Colleges (APUC), on behalf of higher education’s National Postal and Distribution Group (NPDG), and other Scottish procurement bodies. In support of the agreement, Neopost offers the UK’s largest Account Management team, dedicated exclusively to the public sector.
