Goldsmith Williams Streamline Mail
Neopost, Europe's leading provider of mailroom solutions, has supplied Liverpool based legal firm Goldsmith Williams with a number of mailroom solutions designed to streamline the incoming and outgoing mail process. This includes neoTrak, Neopost's automated software solution designed to track important packages and documents from the point at which they are dropped off by the courier to the point at which they are delivered to the intended recipient.
As a large law firm employing over 200 people, Goldsmith Williams handles a high volume of incoming and outgoing post each day, amounting to thousands of letters and parcels over the course of a month. Goldsmith Williams invited Neopost to suggest ways in which the mailroom process could be streamlined.
Following a consultation, Goldsmith Williams installed neoTrak, Neopost's inbound tracking software designed to track packages and documents from the point at which they are delivered to the company to the point at which they arrive in the hands of the intended recipient. Following the installation, neoTrak is now used to log every hand, courier, Recorded or Special delivery parcel or letter received by the firm.
Neopost has also supplied Goldsmith Williams with a Neopost IM-25 high speed letter opener as a solution for the laborious and time consuming task of opening incoming post. To streamline the outgoing mail process Neopost provided the DS-75 to fold and insert mail into envelopes, and the IS-480 which automatically sorts mail by size, thickness and weight, then franks envelopes at a rate of 150 letters per minute.
