Neopost Jobs - Credit Manager

Starting in the Leasing Company in 1990 as a supervisor just after the inception of our In- house leasing company. I quickly progressed to Credit Underwriter, becoming the New Business Manager for Neopost Finance Limited in 1992.

In 1993 I took over the newly merged Sales and leasing New Business department and became responsible for the teams processing all orders for the whole country. During this time I also helped to develop the leasing company into the large profitable company it is today.

In 2000 I was invited to join the 'Extended Exec' group where a few key people from the business could join the Directors in quarterly meetings to discuss and implement policies and help to decide on important Key strategies to move the business forward. This was a fantastic opportunity and I learned a lot about the different areas of the business.

When Neopost took the decision to renew the mainframe computer system with a new SAP/ Siebel integrated solution I was asked if I would join the project as a Business Support Manager working closely with the consultants to ensure that the new system accurately captured all of our needs going forward. The new system went live in Nov 2007 and I stayed with the project for the post go live support, training up the departments on how to use the system and dealing with problems and change requests as they arose.

I have recently moved back into the business as Credit Manager overseeing the collections for both Neopost Limited and Neopost Finance Limited so another new challenge awaits me.

 
If somebody had told me back in 1990 that I would have still been at Neopost in 2008 I would have been surprised, but my role within the company is constantly evolving and I have not had a chance to get bored. If you work hard and are happy to take responsibility there are definite rewards to be had, during my time at Neopost I have been lucky enough to qualify for the incentive scheme on several occasions visiting New York, Monaco, Dublin and most recently the Bahamas on 5 * luxury holidays. Neopost has given me some great opportunities and I would recommend it as a great place to work.
