Neopost Launches myNeopost - A Free Online Customer Account

August 2007 - Neopost, Europe's largest mailroom manufacturer, today announced the launch of myneopost, its unique new online service. It allows customers to manage all their mailroom equipment (even across multiple sites), mailroom supplies re-ordering and to view postal expenditure, online, 24 hours a day - seven days a week.

"myneopost is suited for any size mailroom; from small to multi-site. myneopost offers customers the following services, to assist them in the running of their mailrooms;
  • MyEquipment allows customers the flexibility to view all mailroom equipment and accounts online, giving them a holistic view of their equipment
  • MyService provides customers with the opportunity to request advice, assistance and servicing, quickly and easily by simply sending an email outlining the problem. Neopost will respond either by email, phone or dispatching an engineer
  • MyActivity is a totally unique service that allows customers to view their individual franking machine activity by both department and postal cost
  • MyCredifon takes postage account management to another level. It offers businesses that use Franking Machines, the opportunity to keep an updated record of their spending, making sure that they have enough credit, at all times, to get their mail out on time. Statements are also available on-line
  • MySupplies offers a quick and easy ordering service for all Neopost equipment. It also sends out low ink alerts automatically to users by email, offering piece of mind that their solutions are always fully stocked
  • MySlogan helps customers design, create and order slogan blocks for their desktops, allowing businesses to personalise all outgoing mail
