The integrated electronic scale accurately sets the machine to the correct postage, so you save on postage costs and remove the risk of over or under stamping. Everyday postal rates are stored in the IJ-25e's memory. When postal tariffs change, the IJ-25e is easily updated.

There's no need for loose stamps or petty cash required to buy them when you use the IJ-25e. The machine can be fully locked and is pin protected, so only authorised users can use it. You can check usage with a printed report when required.

All our new machines have been designed with Pricing in Proportion (Royal Mail's new tariff where mail is priced according to both its size and weight) in mind, and are ideally suited to both the professional mailroom and office environment.

Remote Recrediting

Credifon® enables recrediting in £1 increments from £10 to £500. Credifon® remote recrediting is operated by Neopost over a premium rate phone line charged at £1.50 per minute including VAT (£1.28 excluding VAT). Calls should last no more than 1 minute. You'll receive full and accurate account statements for your postage charges.

mySupplies lets you order mailroom supplies and consumables quickly and easily. myEquipment allows you to view your mailroom equipment and accounts. myActivity is a unique service that allows you to view your franking activity both by department or postal class. myCredifon provides you with balance alerts and low level alerts by e-mail. You can also view your Credifon statements online.
