This saves you wasted postage and gives you better results from your mailings". What to do about Return Addressing:
- Decide whether or not you want to have your undelivered mail returned.
- Having decided that you do, there are a number of options:
- If you already have a Return Address printed on the back of your envelopes, then you need do nothing more.
- Print an External Return Address using the SLOGAN facility of your franking machine. The Royal Mail says that "you can put it (the return address) in the slogan block in your franking impression". Using your Slogan block, you have more options:
- Just print your return address
