flexFeeders handle just about any insert size or type - A4, A5, leaflets, postcards or envelopes and the DS-85’s large powerFold capacity supports up to 10 sheets in a single envelope. The DS-85 folder inserter is easy to use with reversible colour touch screen and simple menus, its modular design gives flexibility for up to 6 stations as your needs change. Cascade feeding and a high capacity feeder allows longer continuous use.
Process management
The DS-85’s full page reader capability allows more flexible positioning of OMR and barcoding. Document processing can be automated by adding Neopost’s Output Management Software so processing documents with varying pages and inserts is easy. Simply select a grouping criteron, such as the invoice number, and you can collate multiple pages for the same recipient.
Mail Piece Production Control adds a unique ID and builds up an audit trail for each production job. Optional Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) provides additional security which is ideal for financial and confidential mail. The DS-85 folder inserter can be integrated with a Neopost SMART franking machine for an automated, managed mail process.
