MyEquipment - Visibility and control of your mailing equipment for a single site or multiple locations. Identify equipment and account easily with customised naming for easy reference. Plus request service support easily with just one click. Moving equipment or location - tell us on-line and we will manage the rest.

MyDocuments - Access all your invoices, credit notes and statements in one place. View, print and export documents or generate a simple letter.

MyActivity* - Clear, concise reporting of franking machine postal activity and expenditure by value, postal class or department. Easily access reporting history (up to 12 months) and export to excel. Advanced Reporting  with in depth analysis even down to operator level is also available as an additional feature only available for certain franking machine models which can be discussed with your account manager.

MySupplies - Receive ink alert emails, when your franking ink cartridge is running low and order directly on-line. Order from our complete range of mailing supplies and consumables and get instant access to special cusomer offers and promotions.

MyPostage - Top-up your postage on-line, any time with a credit card and manage your cost centres. View Credifon statements and register for low balance and low postage alerts, keeping you in control.
