Easy to use

The DS-35 is controlled from a user friendly colour touch screen. Documents and envelopes are loaded into the machine and the operator uses a simple step-by-step wizard to set up the job. In seconds, the machine is filling envelopes.

Efficient

The DS-35 professionally and precisely folds, inserts and seals up to 1350 items of mail in just 1 hour. That's 13 times more than a human. With quick set-up and job change, multiple jobs can be run back-to-back. The result: valuable staff can be free to concentrate on more productive and profitable tasks.

Versatile

The DS-35 envelope stuffing machine can handle a wide range of documents, envelopes, inserts and business reply envelopes. There are four fold types to choose from and an automatic cascade feed function (load new documents while others are being processed) for optimal productivity.

Flexible

The DS-35 has a 15 preset programmable job memory which can store the settings for regular mail runs such as payroll, statements and invoices, allowing instant recall, which saves time and improves efficiency. Simply 'load and go' at the touch of a button. The folder inserter has a manual feed function which allows the user to hand feed up to five sheets stapled or unstapled. Double detecting control prevents double feeding, guaranteeing that the right recipient receives the right mail.

The folder inserter can be connected to a Neopost franking machine for a fully automated and optimal mail flow.

The DS-35 carries Neopost's eco-label, a reflection of Neopost's environmental commitment. Neopost launched eco signature in 2011 to identify the most efficient and environmentally friendly solutions. The signature reflects Neopost's aim to inform the customer of the environmental progress that has been made in the last few years.
