Bank Account Closure

We have recently moved our bank accounts from Natwest to HSBC, you would have received a communication regarding updating our details. We have been running both accounts since June 2015 and consequently we will be closing our Natwest account on the 1st March 2016.

I have a Direct debit set up, do I need to do anything?

You won’t need to do anything as we have moved all Direct debits to our new accounts.

Do I need to provide you with anything different to advise that I have made a payment?

No, just send us a remittance advice as normal.

If I pay into the old account, what will happen to my payment?

If you make a payment using the old bank details your payment will be returned, you will need to make payment into the new bank account or by another method.
